Three Children Attacked By Neighbor's Rottweiler

A rottweiler has been quarantined after police said the dog attacked three Somerset County children.

The incident happened Sunday afternoon at Robert Holsopple's Listie Road home. At the time, the dog was locked up for recently scratching another child as she walked past, officials said.

The children -- Tyler Fetters, Brooke Fetters and Allison Mimna -- live two trailers away from Holsopple and said they have played with the dog for the past four months.

Holsopple said, "It was an accident and I feel so very sorry for the families that were involved in this."

He said is looking for someone to adopt the dog.
