Charges not filed in Henrico dog attack

New developments in the fatal Henrico dog attack. Within the past hour, 8NEWS has learned charges will not be filed in connection to the attack that left six-year old Logan Johnson dead. Police say Johnson was killed by two rotweilers that his father had bought four days earlier from a breeder on the internet.

Officials say the dogs were euthanized Wednesday and tissue samples have been sent to the health department as part of the ongoing investigation into the attack.

I wonder which story is correct, the dogs that are presumed to have attacked were rescues or had been bought a few days before from a breeder in Ma. ?

I wonder the same thing. The outcome's still the same - a child and two rottweilers are dead and the common denominator was the adults.
