Hillsborough NJ Rescue brings back Katrina Rotties

Here's the link to the story!
So very proud (this is where I volunteer)!
Made the front page of the courier news and was in the Star ledger today. I hope it brings the community support we need.
Not so shockingly, the pictures they used were of the ONLY non-big/black dogs LEslie brought back!

Very nice story. I brightens the day knowing some of them are safe.

Mandy's boyfriend is there with the South Jersey Contingent in New Orleans- I gave him four bags of dog treats and some "sample" pouches of dog food. He thought it was stupid... He is one of the squads going house to house and putting the red Xs on the doors. He has found so many hungry, abandoned animals he wishes he had taken more food with him. They mark the houses so the rescuers ASPCA, Humane Society will know there is an animal in that house.

I think it's wonderful that someone took the initiative to find the animals and bring them to safety as well.
