Just want to update everyone on the status of our Sanctioning Show and Fun Day. PARC would first like to thank Mike Lecuyer for taking time out of his busy schedule to come to the East Coast to Judge our show.
I have been trying to get an extended forecast and it looks like the weather will be in the 50's and hopefully it will be dry. We have added our local news station's link to our site so you can all plan at least a week ahead of time. The direct link to WNEP is:

Any Trophy donations will be greatly appreciated. Since we couldn't get the Trophies from Dog Sports Awards (they are closed thru the New Year), a local trophy vendor stepped up to the plate to help us, they are similar to the "Rottweil" trophies on the Dog Sports Webpage with toppers. We are offering Best Male Puppy, Best Female Puppy, etc. with a $50 donation and also class Trophies (4 Trophies) for $100. All Trophy donations will be recognized in the catalog. Donations need to be received by October 19th in order to be shown in the catalog. Payments for donations and catalog ad's can easily be paid on our website: Pocono Area Rottweiler Club ,go to the Sanctioning show button and then the button "pay for entries". All the payment options are on that page.
Catalog Advertising is fairly inexpensive:

Inside Covers $50
Full Page $30
Half Page $15
Business Card $10
All pages in the catalog will be black and white.
Food and beverages will be available throughout the day.
The Judges Dinner will be at the Stroud Township Fire Hall, Music will be provided by "Back to Basics". The menu is an Italian Buffet, cost is $20 per person. Advanced reservations are requested by October 19th so we can give the caterer enough notice.
CGC's and Microchip Clinics are also available with advanced reservations.
Sunday will be a "Fun Day" for all. Three seminars are scheduled:
"A Guide to German Conformation Shows" with Mike Lecuyer, admission is free.
"Breaking Down the Schutzhund and Breed Test Routine" with Doug Wendling. Doug is on the USA Helper Committee and also a USA Schutzhund Teaching Helper. Admission is free.
"Breed Measurement Survey" with Steve Wolfson. Registration is $40, which includes the survey and registration in the ARC Breed Book.
Food will be provided throughout the day and it is open to everyone. It will be a great day for fun, training and catching up with friends.

Hi Everyone,
Just want to remind everyone that our closing date for entries and donations is October 19th. I wanted to give everyone the heads up now in case some of you were using snail mail instead of PayPal and electronic entries.
Don't forget about the get together on Sunday also, please send me rsvps so I can plan on food, etc.
