Re: Beatrice has left the building- another sad goodbye

I am so sorry for your loss. She sounded like a one in a millon (but they all are)!

She now lives thru the little ones she left behind.

Godspeed Miss Beatrice

I'm so sorry for your loss. When I read the title I was in disbelief, I remember the announcement of her new litter. R.I.P. Bea

Re: Beatrice has left the building- another sad goodbye

I can't even tell you how heart breaking this whole saga has been for both Diane and I.

Bea and Diane were the perfect match from Day 1. I knew around 5-6wks that Bea was Diane's fit. Something just "told me" it was so. To get those fantastic phone calls full of joy after their trials, the pleasure was all mine. I can honestly say it's more fun to hear about your puppy owner's accomplishments with their dogs, than to do things with your own dog. There's just a special something about it.

Diane and Bea were a treat to watch work, the joy in their faces, the cohesiveness between them...........just heart warming.

Thank you Diane for all the joy that you and Bea brought to me, for being such an awesome home for Beasty.

Froli left with a piece of my heart, and Bea follows behind with another.

[quote=hokisteph5;801335]When I saw the title I thought "maybe it's not the Bea I'm thinking of." Then I saw who started the thread and thought "oh no."

I too felt the same way - I just couldn't believe it was your Bea. I am so very very sorry that she had to leave you way too soon!!!

Gretchen,

I know you are feeling this loss as Diane is... my condolences to you, too.

Re: Beatrice has left the building- another sad goodbye

THANK YOU everyone.

I have to say I am very overwhelmed. I have gotten many many many lovely notes on the forums and OVER 70 private emails.

I also had some totally unexpected help awaiting me at the vets office too.......... 8)

Bea had a lot of friends :)

I very much appreciate all and there is NO way I can reply to everyone. Please take this as my eternal thank you

Re: Beatrice has left the building- another sad goodbye

Oh I am so sorry Diane!
I do not visit here often and never check the RB as I see friends losing dogs that were pups when I first got here. but today a nagging thought pulled me here before I signed off.

Diane - I had no idea Bea was sick. I'm speechless and heartbroken for you. When I saw the thread title, I immediately thought, "No - it can't be". I am so sorry.
