Blu is gone
One of the truly great dogs passed away today, at home, in his sleep. He will be sorely missed.

BIS BISS SELECT A/C CH MILEAH'S EGYPTIAN BLUE CGC TT

Blu did it all, winning BOB from the puppy classes and BOB from the veterans class, in between he won BIS BISS Top Twenty and numerous other awards. He is a Silver Sire and his kids will continue winning as he looks on from the Rainbow Bridge.

Besides all his awards, Blu was the nicest dog you could hope to meet, absolutely sound and a big clown besides.

Blu was bred by Sweetie Kay and owned by Sweetie and Randy McAteer.

I am soooo sorry for the loss. I actually just spoke with you both yesterday (from Iowa). Sweetie said what a perfectly fabulous dog he was. Beautiful in mind and body. I know his memory will live on in his puppies. My thoughts are with you both.

so sorry for your,sweety's, and randy's loss of Blu.
he was a beautiful and great dog. i still remember the top 20 back in 2002 in florida! he was stunning.
what a day to pick to pass on...12/28...that was my beloved Aragorn's birthday....he would have been 18.(he lived to be 12.5).

Carol,

I'm so sorry to hear about Blu. He was an awesome dog, and will be sorely missed. Please pass my condolences to Sweetie and Randy.

I still remember the 2001 MRC Specialty, when he and Taylor walked away with the honors of BISS and BOSS. They both out-showed all the others in the ring that day. It was so exciting.

Blu is at Rainbow Bridge now, strutting his stuff, and showing God what a truly GREAT show dog is.

I saw this yesterday on another list, Carol...poor Sweetie and Randy; I know Blu hung the moon for them.

My most sincere sympathies to his family and wonderful friends he made through the years.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing, my sincerest condolences to all that knew him.

I'm so glad that Sweetie & Randy ventured up to BC for the RCC National Specialty and I got to see him one last time outmoving dogs half his age in the veteran class.

Please forward my condolences to Sweetie & Randy as well.
