We miss him

Our male Rottweiler named Tango died about 4 weeks ago from bone cancer. It attacked his lungs so he had to be put to sleep. He will be a great miss and we loved him very much. We still have his ashes sitting at home next to his mothers ashes Snoop. R.I.P Tango, I hope he is at rest now with his mother, who we had for a long time. Tango was aged 11 years

Re: We miss him

What a long life, but I know it still hurts so much.... I lost my boy Max almost a month ago, the pain is still immense.

My heart goes out to you as I know how sad you are.

Re: We miss him

Thanks, I think we got the new puppy to take our minds of him a little. We had Tango from when he was first born. It's a nasty thing bone cancer and it grows fast. I am sorry to hear about your loss, they become part of the family and it's hard letting them go. I am glad I took plenty of pictures of Tango and video clips before he went, to remind me of him.

Re: We miss him

I am so very sorry for the loss of your Tango.
I lost my Sheena Dec. 22nd last year and the pain of her loss still hurts every day.
I understand your feelings - yes, our pets are so much a part of our lives - it is amazing the love between us and our beloved dogs - which makes it so hard to let go. The time with them is just too short.
I believe that is why we have been given our memories to keep our loved ones close. As long as we remember them they are alive in us.
RIP Tango - fly high with the angels...

Re: We miss him

The dreaded bone cancer takes yet another.....I am so so very sorry. I know your pain I too lost my Sammy in Oct to Bone Cancer. His loss was one of the hardest times ever for both myself and my husband. I still and probably always will miss him. Remember though...our babies are playing in the sunshine till it is our time to join them on the other side...I dream of those big slobbery kisses and paw hugs!!!
RIP Tango
