Just wanted to let you know.....

I know there is a wonderful place awaiting our furkids, and us.
I was reading some posts and I thought of my tiny little granddaughter, Andie Jane who was born perfect, full term but not breathing a year and a half ago.
I know your dogs (most of them) loved kids and babies. I know they helped to raise your kids, and were their companions and guardians. I somehow know that there are tiny little angels for them to be with along with their masters, other dogs and people whom they loved. I am comforted by the thought that little Andie and all her angelbaby friends are being entertained and watched over by your beloved rotts. When I got Dodge, my first thought was how he would have loved her, and she him.
So the Rainbow Bridge is full of baby angels too, and Heaven is full of wonderful pets and they are all together playing and romping as it should be.
To all of you who have lost your dogs, I am so sorry, I do know how it feels, I have several dogs whom I am waiting to see again, along with my own little grandangel whom I never got to hold.
Prayers to all of you with broken hearts.
I did not post this to make anyone sad, but to hopefully bring a smile to your hearts. The picture in my mind is absolutely incredible.

Sweetlee, just to reinforce your thoughts, my 3 year old niece told my sister that her grandpa was in her room. She never knew him but showed my sister his picture and said that was who was in her room one night. When my sister asked who was with him, she said without blinking "his big black dog". He was a black GS. When asked what was the dog's name, she said King without missing a beat. Well, dad is gone since 2000 and King is gone for over twenty years. She's never heard us speak of him nor saw a picture so I truly believe they're all together.

Talk about cry! I dare not read posts from The Rainbow Bridge unless I am prepared to cry, as I always do - happy thoughts or sad.
Then I had to laugh - my house must be crowded when my angels come to visit - mostly pets and older relatives, but it would be standing room only!
I never met my mum, she died when i was born - so the thought that she is waiting for me, with all my dogs,cats and birds from the last 27 years makes all their losses seem easier to take. My mum loved life. She loved animals. If they're all happy up their together waiting for my turn to join them, then that next journey is nothing to fear.
Thanks for the picture you've created in my mind, sweetlee.
Now just to get the crying to stop ....

That was beautiful Sweetlee.
You can be certain that your little Andie Jane is waiting for you and you will get to hold her one day. She is definately not alone. Little children are well taken care of in Heaven.
I honestly believe we will see our beloved animals again also.
Oh what a reunion we will all have!
