Lager & Jess-C

On June 21st at 4:45AM my 19 wks old puppy went to the Rainbow Bridge.. He had contracted Parvo although my husband & I have vaccinated him. This the first puppy we lost in 4 litters, Lager was SO special to us . He was going to take over & show in his fathers footsteps..He spent his last 4 days in isolation(we visited him every day) Tues. night I knew in my heart that I was saying good bye to him ..ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS HOLD HIM.. The vets wouldn't let me because of the other dogs at home..I will never forgive myself for not insisting to hold him in my arms....He is not alone tho because 2 weeks to the day we had to send our Jess-C to join him for she had a stroke from the cancer she was living with for a year..She did not suffer as Lager did & we thank God that we were able to hold her in our arms as she peacefully went to join our puppy.. I miss them every day ..Our lives will never be the same...Be free my sweet prince & princess till we meet again.. WE WILL BE THERE SOME DAY.. we will all be together again .. I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART..MOM
