to all those who lost a loved furkid....
please remember what could have been,if your life was not blessed with your special one.
please consider that that special one could have had another home, that was not filled with the love that only you could give.....
and that maybe you would have had the emptiness of never knowing that one true friend.....
is it possible that your friend could have needed you, and you also had needs that only could have been filled by your friend???
you did your best to give all the love you could ever give, and that there were lessons to be learned????
please be thankful for that time, and for the times to come, when another special friend comes along.....
it will not be the same, but different can be good...it wouldnt be fair to compare, as we are all different.
your friend is in a good place now, running and playing, healthy and happy, watching over you to do the right thing, please be happy for them, it would have been so much worse for them if you had gone first!
And I beleive that they watch us and choose our next friend for us, so that we may see a glimmer of them in some of the things that our new friends do....you know, those things that make you smile and remember.....
just remember what could have been, never knowing your friend, never having that special presence, that makes us call them "mans best friend"
