My best friend closed her eyes last night

Xena, my best friend, closed her eyes last night.
It was quick. Last week she was running around like any dog and then..
Liver failure, 5 days and she was gone.
That makes this even harder. I thought we still had lots time left. She had more life than most dogs haft her age. People couldn't believe that she was 11yrs old. She had a good, full life and is already missed by everybody that new her. People, even before this, would say what a special dog she was.
Xena wiggled her way into everybody's heart. She restored peoples faith in the breed.
XENA, untill we meet again. You will always be in my heart.
