| Jag.... This morning the world lost a beautiful soul as Jimmy and I made the decision to end Jag's pain and suffering from osteosarcoma. We held him tight as he took his last breath. I am not sure there has ever been a kinder or more gentler dog than he. Our hearts are breaking. We have many wonderful memories to last a lifetime and for that we are grateful. Life is so short.....8 years with Jag flew by in a blink. So, today, in memory of Jag, stop and take a deep look into the eyes of the creatures that share our lives with us and know they live for us, are strong for us, and endure many things for us. But most of all, they love us. They enrich our lives in ways we are often unaware. Never take that for granted. They are a gift...... Thank you Jag, for choosing to share your life with us......be at peace now......you are an angel. Maureen

| Re: Jag.... I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved Jag. My heart breaks for you and I am so glad you have treasured memories. They will help you through the days ahead. He will always hold a very precious piece of your heart, and will be your "rottie angel" until you meet again at the bridge. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. He will meet many wonderful rotties to play with at the bridge. Godspeed sweet Jag..fly on your wings of gold that you so richly deserve!

| Re: Jag.... Maureen, I am so, so sorry... I too have an eight year old. It wasn't until he had a serious problem develop with his heart a few weeks ago that I realized that they aren't with us forever. I can't tell you how many times since then I've just sat with him, rubbing his belly, scratching his head, talking to him, taking in his beautiful face..... My deepest sympathies.
