1st Birthday in Heaven

On July 4th, you would have been 18 yrs old. You were the longest continious relationship in my life and your absense is felt like a knife cut. You never weighed more then 33lbs in your whole life but your presence made you seem like a mountain. I know you hung on much longer then maybe you wanted too, I know you did it for me. As much as it hurt me to let you go, I knew God needed a perfect little black dog for a new angel. I also knew your Chivas told you it was time to come be with her. One day my family will be together again. Take care of your sisters, Chivas and Roxie. I love all of you. I miss you, Zeker Beker.
It doesnt take a lot of strength to hang on, it takes a lot of strength to let go.

I too feel your pain everyday... another Zeke...he tried so hard.... I am so very sorry for your pain....i can't give you any comforting words, because the pain is still there, but I am thinking of you and I hope that all three of our Zeke's, have the peace and love they so richly deserve among their rainbow bridge friends.
