I like to share this poem with people who have made the ultamate sacrifice and let their loved one cross the Bridge with ease of pain and their reamaing dignity, it is a truly beautiful poem. Thank you for what you did for Nyla, she thanks you too.

Re: My Sweet Little Nyla Girl's on the Bridge.

Dear Steve,
It takes a brave and loving doggie dad to make the right decision for your girl. Having been there a few difficult times myself, I know how much it hurts. I am so sorry you have to go through this. Please remember that being able to end suffering is such a gift. I know she has met so many other rotties at the bridge. I will ask My Sheena to watch out for her. For what it's worth, I went to a reading with John Edward just after my girl died. There were over 100 people there. When he read people who lost loved ones, most of their pets came through and the audience people were amazed. He described the color size and breed of many of the dogs. The dogs and other pets seemed so happy to be free of illness and or old age. He made a believer out of me that night. I'm not at all suggesting that you believe in this. I am just offering my experience. Even If it's true for one dog, that means the place where they go is real. I kind of always felt that loved ones who passed were ok, but I was just so worried about my Rottie. The way he identified her was to say,She's not mad about the tail thing. That was our joke. I would hold her and say," I'm so sorry they cut your tail when you were a little girl."For John Edward to say that in the middle of a reading, I just burst into tears. At that moment I knew all my dogs were ok and I would some day have the chance to see them again. I just know with all my heart that Nyla is happy to be where she is. Sending you many hugs.
Jane

God rest, Little Nyla, you are now whole and complete.

The pain is incredibly horrible....but it will ease, you made the right decision for her....Nyla will be met at the bridge by many and will be shown the way.
