Marley (NERR #1118)

I just heard yesterday from the couple who adopted NERR's Marley that he had to be pts due to cancer. I processed their application and visited them several times since they adopted Marley. It was a match made in heaven and was the one that as a volunteer for NERR I was most proud to have played a part in. I was terribly saddened to learn of his death.

Marley was a wonderful dog and these people were a perfect home for him, giving him all the care and love he could possibly want. The minute you walked in the door, you knew he was an important and most beloved part of their family. He had far too short a time with them.

Please say a prayer for Marley boy and his family.

I am so sorry for all involved. I'm sure Marley made an impact that will last a lifetime in the short time he spent with his forever family.

Godspeed Marley

Re: Marley (NERR #1118)

I am very sorry! I hope that this great family will, when the time is right, take another rescue into their home.

RIP Marley~
