My heart goes out to you and your family. As I read your story yesterday and this post today, the tears stream down my face again. Rome knew of your love and dedication to him. So sorry to see the pain you are in. Hugs from Ohio to you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Try not to beat yourself up too much. Accidents happen - unfortunately. Rome knows you love him dearly and he is waiting for you at the bridge.

We are so so very sorry to hear about this horrible incident. I just can't even imagine the pain you are going through. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. Rome is in a better place and I just know he is romping and playing with all the great ones that have gone before him. Who knows, maybe he is a guardian angel now for someone who needs him.
It's a long and painful grieving process and you deal with it as best you can, just know there are many of us out here who support you. I know it made a world of difference for me when I lost my longtime companion. Thinking about you....
