GoodBye Socks

I had to take my oldest cat Socks to the bridge this morning. She had stopped eating, drinking and was very weak. She was in our lives for 9 years and traveled with us for 5 years from one duty station to the next.
Goodbye little kittie. Momie is sad, but I know you aren't suffering now. Take care.

Sorry to hear of Socks' passing. I have a special cat in my life too...It's funny how all of our fourfooted friends touch us in the most sensitive of ways. May you find peace in knowing Socks not suffering now, but enjoying sunny sleeping spots over us.
