Nov 15 is her 11th birthday

She is 11 today - even though she is not here in any form I can see, I know she comes from time to time. I look at pictures taken this time last year for her 10th birthday, she was so happy so alive. Little did I know that it was her last birthday to be spent with me. I miss her so much and the pain still does not subside. I hope she feels my love for her still.
I miss you, my most wonderful girl! It is not the same without you, now or ever I feel.
Run free and fast. I'll be seeing you one day.

Oh HoneyI feel so sorry as I have been thru' this too,mine was 6 years,but loss is loss and it hurts so bad,But Roscoe's Dad is right,she says to take your time as she will be waiting and time means nothing at the bridge,altho you miss her and she misses you,to know one day you and Chivas will be together is so wonderful,She is Blessed and well,perfect body now with no age,but the best age...she is with so many of ours who too are well now and in in a place next to paradise...we have to celebrate their new lives being so well and happy,Remember they know our feelings,so I tell my "Big Leah angel" Be at Peace my Big girl,and that I am Ok but will be so happy to see you baby..we gotta smile and tell them to be happy at the brdge and go play and run and run with legs that couldn't run anymore..But be ready when I come and they will, I promise you.....If God created them for his pleasure,why wouldn't he want them in heaven with him to enjoy??? he would,I feel it in my heart...Big hugs to you on this tough day...

My favorite dog book in the whole wide world is written for 6 year olds----DOG HEAVEN by Cynthia Rylant. She tells that sometimes the dogs want to come back and check on their families, so God has a human angel escort them down. As I recall, the picture shows the dog and angel standing behind a tree, watching.

Its snowing tonight, Chivas; Momma knows how much you liked the snow and it rarely snows here. I thought about you so much when I took Indy out in it and I think he was thinking of you too, he wasnt interested in playing in it this time. We miss you, baby.
