I want to thank all of you for your responses. Josie was an amazing Rottweiler. I never realized a dog could be so smart, loving, loyal, friendly and tough when she felt she needed to be all wrapped up in one. She didn't deserve to die so young. It happened so quick, she was fine 3 months ago. She developed a limp which was revealed to us later to be cancer in her rear leg bone. With some help from Dr.s on the internet, we started feeding her raw meats, etc.... For Josie tho, the cancer was too aggressive I suppose. Poor girl, she's ok now tho. Thanks again everyone. I know you've all gone through similar situations with your Rott's. You guys would have loved her and she you.
