Rocky is my Pal

Last night - my friend Gary's German Shepherd Rocky pulled his body up for the last time at age 13 and crawled into his bedroom to cross the bridge - This was Gary's best friend and constant companion - I ask my freinds here for good wishes and prayers to send to my friend Gary who is hurting real bad right now - God Speed Rocky - you were loved - Lisa (Bucky's Mom)

Lisa,

Please give Gary my thoughts and prayers. 13 Wonderful years, how he will treasure those memories.

Rocky is now with all of ours that have gone before.

Tell Gary I'm so sorry for his loss. You can never replace them...but you can remember all the love they bring..until you see them again one day...

Take care.

My heart goes out to Gary. Rocky will always live in Gary's heart and soul and I truly believe that when our time on this earth comes to an end we will be reunited with all (people and animals)of those we loved so dearly. Rocky is in good company at the Rainbow Bridge....God Bless .

Larry, bless your dear heart, which is broken over the loss of Rocky,I too have been where you are and sobbed for weeks,My life felt so empty tho It was not..All I could feel was hurt over Losing My Big Leah who was only 6yr. from cancer..No matter at what age or reason they have to go,it feels the same,it took me a while to feel well enough, but when I did I got another and named her Leah as I knew that's what I would call her anyway,as she would be on my mind,it worked out as I thought and the name flowed and stuck, she however is not Big Leah, but
she has helped my hurt and loves me and has so many ways of Leah before her.Feel your pain, grieve however you will and feel no shame in that way, whatever it is...I will Pray for it to leave you quickly as for you to have kept your Rocky for 13yrs. showed the love you had all those years and good care she must have got ,to stay that long..I have a 13yr.Doberman and fear the time wont be too far away, before I must go this way again....If you could rescue a homeless angel,as my first Leah was,you will feel so good about giving her a home and she will never quit thanking you for it,But it all takes time,,,,,,Thanks Lisa for sharing Larrys loss with us so that we could wish Rocky so much peace and pleasure and Larry the comfort of knowing Rocky will be waiting with all our loves.....

I'm so very sorry Gary

Lisa, please tell your friend how very sorry I am and that he will be in my prayers:(. I know his heart is very heavy right now. Gary if you read this please know you'll be on my mind and that my deepest sympathy goes out to you. I lost my boy almost 2 years ago at the age of 7 so I certainly know your pain. My very best to you and may God take away your pain and give you peace.

Judy

Lisa,

Please pass on my deepest sympathies to Gary and his family.....

Until you've known the intense loyality and unbelievable devotion a German Shepherd Dog gives.....without asking.....you just don't know what a heartbreak losing one is......

Gary.....I feel your pain...... still :( :(

Just heard from Gary

"Thanks, That was nice, reading all that made me more sad but I'll be all right in time, it's a very lonely feeling even though I still have UBU, it's still a lonely empty feeling like I've never had before. I think the sooner i get another dog the better, thanks again, talk again soon-Gary"

Your support at Rott.net is appreciated - thanks again everyone- Lisa (Bucky's Mom)
