Crazy Puppy

My puppy will be 9 months on Feb 9.

She is a real Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde

She is usually really well behaived, but every so often she will just go NUTS and be very defiant, and its really difficult to deal with. Sometimes it happens when I am walking her she will.

It always happens if I am walking her and I stop to talk to a neighbor she starts miss behaiving..

Granted I have alot more training to do...Any Suggestions as to why she is nuts

Teenage months! This is the age where they start to come into their own and test you! Keep up with training and OB and be very consistent.

My dog did the same thing; She was so good then all of a sudden "bam" it was like a light switch! She started testing us big time. We talked to the trainer and she taught us how to use a prong collar (most of the acting up was on the leash). It made a huge difference! I still use the collar, but rarely do I have to make a correction with it. I highly recomend these collars to people, but it is very important to have a trainer show you how to use it properly.
