Hola!

my puppy can be happy playing w/her bone or other toys and outta the blue she'll just bark really angry
Right now it just the 2 of us, so is not fun to have her barking and bitting me
I really luv her, but sometimes its so frustating

Can this be helped with obedience training

She just turned 4mos on april 1

I'm sure it's not an angry bark...often just a bark of frustration.
Yes...you must get her enrolled into obedience classes...it will be the best thing you can do for her.
Make sure the classes are positive training with treats,etc.
