Re: Puppy Growth

Sounds fine to me, but if you search "puppy weight" using the search button up top you will find TONS of info on this. The search feature is an awesome tool! (Why does it feel like I typed this same thing 30 seconds ago?)

Re: Puppy Growth

Zumbi is 10 months and only weighs at 82 lbs. But looks great !! I wouldn't worry much about him gaining a massive amount of weight. As long as when you weigh him it is an increase every month Atleast that is how I look at it. Once they are healthy and Active. Just have fun.

Re: Puppy Growth

Your pup may be having a spurt right now and level out later on. Gunner was on the about 10 lbs a month thin give or take until he was about 6-7 months. IF he was still going at that rate MAN-he'd be 150 lbs!!!!! Like JS suggested , do the puppy weight search , and you will see all the different ways puppuys can grow.

Re: Puppy Growth

Sebastian is a five month Male- here's his growth stats since we rescued him:

8/6: 13 pounds (he was at 8 weeks age)

8/29: 18 pounds

9/16: 28 pounds

10/14: 38 pounds

10/25: 58 pounds

He's got a vet appointment this week so we will see how much more he has grown.

He eats twice a day- 2 cups in the am and 3-4 cups in the pm. He is actually still thinnish- the vet says he is underweight because there is not much between his coat and his ribs.

Lord help us all!!!! My boy is going to be a giant- I look at his paws and his fingers are as long as mine.
