puppy wont walk on lead

is there any 1 out ther who know how 2 get my 15 week old puppy 2 walk on the lead when i put it on her she instantly lays down and wont budge what can i do??

Lots of treats. Lots of praise. Lots of patience. Make it a fun game. And don't do too much, put in on, feed her some treats, take it off, try again in a couple of hours, you want her to think that the lead automatically means good things are coming her way.

.....and make sure you are not using the lead to "pull" your puppy around with. Put some yummy treats in your pocket, or a favorite toy (or both), snap the lead on, and encourage her to come using a treat, a toy, a patpatpat your leg and a HAPPY voice. PRAISE her when she does, and reward her with the treat or toy....first for a short distance (a few feet) and then gradually increase the distance until she discovers that having a leash on means she gets to go new places and receive good stuff. Your goal is for her to walk with you while the leash is loose, not taut.

Have you got her in obedience classes yet?

Put her leash on her when she is out in the house with you and let her drag it around so she can get used to it that way as well; that has always helped me with my pups.
