Ok to feed Solid Gold Seameal with Canidae?

Hi all, I know some of you feed Seameal...I'm thinking of using it also to increase the digestibility of the Canidae...Is meant to work strictly with Solid Gold foods?...Will it react and absorb properly when fed with other brands?...The reason I ask is because the Solid Gold web site states that the Seameal will increase the digestibility of specifically, Solid Gold foods.

thanks in advance!

Hi Sumo,

There's no problem adding the SeaMeal. I feed Innova and mix the SeaMeal in for an additional vitamin/mineral supplement. It has really worked well for us.

Yes, you can add Seameal to any food to improve digestion.

Just in case you've never used it: It needs to be fed with each meal, add enough warm water to activate the enzymes, and feed within 20 minutes.

I, personally, don't see the need to add "seameal" to an already excellent formulation, found in the high quality nutritional ingredients contained in Canidae. I also like to add that, Canidae dog food is quite digestible, since it contains digestive enzymes not found in most other dog foods.
