Hello again, I have 2 puppys, my rottie who's currently 4 months old and my wife's Lab. who is 3 months old... I have been back and foward about what to feed them... I just swiched them to Eukanuba Large Breed Puppy, because there are limited kibbles here I chose that one. What do u think? I can get a 40-Lb pound bag for 42$ in the military base. thanx in advance !!

Re: Eukanuba my best option for kibble??? I am feeding my 6 1/2 mo old riley vets choice HOLISTIC Health Extensions for puppies and dogs. I also give him Vets choice skin and coat conditioner and vets choice Health Extensions vitamins and minerals each morning. I feed him 2 cups of dry in am and 2 cups of dry in pm/ I was giving him health extention lamb(can) for puppies, but not any longer. My vet said the (can) wasn't necessary if he was getting the vitamins and the skin coat conditioner. He is so shiny and gorgeous and seems to love the food. Any one else out there have any feedback on the food? ![]() Babz

Re: Eukanuba my best option for kibble??? Well... We have here: BENEFUL, PEDIGREE, ONE, PUPPY CHOW, ALPO'S, PAWS. Those are our Food Market brands, our PREMIUM Brands are: Science Diet, Eukanuba, Pro Plan and Royal Cannin.. Those we can find them with no problem. The other ones it is impossible to find. There in no Pet Smart just very few big pet stores. Thats why I am asking

Re: Eukanuba my best option for kibble??? You could try a feed store, they usually carry higher quality dog foods (at least here in California they do) like Evo,Wellness, Newmans ect

Re: Eukanuba my best option for kibble??? I would say out of all of those you listed, Eukanuba would probably be the best. Eukanuba has actually come out with some better formulas, called Naturally Wild (look for them in the middle of this page). I saw them at the store where I buy my dogs' food, although I thought they were expensive! And this is coming from a store that sells EVO the cheapest I've seen around in my area for the large bag, so they are not a over-priced store. I would try looking for the small feed store and see...maybe if they don't have one of the better brands they would consider ordering it for you?
