Immunity system boosting foods

I wondered what the consense is about foods that are formulated to boost a puppy's immune system. Wellness brand super5mix for pups have the following ingredents:

Canola Oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols, a natural source of Vitamin E), Ground Brown Rice, Tomato Pomace, Rice Bran, Tomatoes, Natural Chicken Flavor, Rye Flour, Carrots, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, Apples, Blueberries, Ground Millet, Ground Flaxseed, Potassium Chloride, Minerals [Zinc Sulfate, Zinc Proteinate, Iron Proteinate, Ferrous Sulfate, Copper Proteinate, Copper Sulfate, Manganese Proteinate, Manganese Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Sodium Selenite], Vitamins [Beta-Carotene, Vitamin E Supplement, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Vitamin A Supplement, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Vitamin D-3 Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B-12 Supplement], Choline Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Taurine, Mixed Tocopherols (a natural preservative), Chicory Root Extract, Garlic, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Green Tea Extract, Dried Lactobacillus plantarum, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation products

Antioxidants, liave active probiotics for healthy digestive systems, omeg 3 & 6 which is good in so many ways, + all the vites and mins for immunity and diease resistance.

Another brand I'm impressed with is Castor & Polluk Organix puppy formula:

Organic Chicken, Chicken Meal, Organic Peas, Organic Extruded Soybean Seeds, Organic Barley, Organic Brown Rice, Chicken Fat preserved with mixed Tochopherols (form of Vitamin E), Dicalcium Phosphate, Natural Chicken Liver Flavor, Salmon Meal, Organic Flaxseed Meal, Dried Whole Egg, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Minerals [Zinc Proteinate, Iron Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Manganese Proteinate, Sodium Selenite, Cobalt Proteinate, Calcium Iodate], Choline Chloride, Vitamins [Vitamin E Supplement, L-Ascorbyl-2-Phosphate (source of Vitamin C), Vitamin B12 Supplement, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin A Supplement, Niacin, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamin Mononitrate, Vitamin D3 Supplement], Yeast Culture (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae), Dried Enterococcus Faecium Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus Acidophilus Fermentation Product, Dried Aspergillus Niger Fermentatiion Extract, Dried Trichoderma Longibrachiatum Fermentation Extract, Dried Bacillus Subtilis Fermentation Extract and Fermentation Solubles, Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Chondroitin Sulfate.

All organic, no corn, no wheat, no by-products - however makes no immunity system claims. **Anyone can lay claim that their food does something specific - however the ingredients speak the truth**

I'm thinking this would be a smart choice with a new pup, not fully vacinated, etc. Providing it with the best immunity system we can until they are fully vacinated from Parvo and other high risk diseases.
