| Switching to Canidae My bags of Canidae should be arriving any day. I am currently using Nutro. I know I should switch them gradually, but does anyone have a chart that they used on how to switch? |

| I did the switch from Nutro to Canidae with my 2 rotties about two months ago with no problems. First of all, look at the chart on the back of the Canidae bag to figure out how much to feed. Canidae is more concentrated (no fillers) so you feed less of it. 1st week: Substitute 1/4 cup Canidae for 1/4 cup Nutro at each feeding. 2nd week: Substitute 1/2 cup Canidae for 1/2 cup Nutro at each feeding. 3rd week: Substitute 1 cup at each feeding 4th week: Entire meal is Canidae On the advice of German, I mix 1/2 cup of warm water for each cup of Canidae per meal. Let it sit about 5 minutes - it makes gravy and gives the dogs more to eat. My rotties love it - they sit there drooling while I'm fixing their dinner !!:) Good luck !!
