| Re: w/c of the 2 KELP or ALFALFA A good place to get full nutrient break down of just about ANYTHing, is NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter both are antioxidents, and good sources of vitamin k, and minerals. Kelp is higher in minerals, and natural iodine (maintain proper thyroid function). Why did you want to specifically supplement with either? What are you treating?
