Are you interested in home cooking or a prepared dog food?
Read some of the threads in the Nutrition and Grooming forum and you will see what is most often recommended.
Many of us have had good results with Canidae www.canidae.com also Innova www.naturapet.com Wellness www.oldmotherhubbard.com Natural Balance,Nutro Ultra, etc.

The websites will have store locators and most of these foods are sold at feed stores or pet boutiques.

Where did you get this pup? The breeder you purchased him/her from should have given you complete information on feeding, a feeding schedule, vaccinations, training, etc. Did they not do this?

What was the puppy being fed when you picked it up? You should continue on that until you decide what changes should be made in the feeding program. If and when you initiate any changes, do them slowely or else you might have a problem with loose stools on the little one. You can do a search on this forum to find out the many types of excellent food. There are many.

Be very careful in preparing a BARF diet for a young growing pup. If you do not get the correct ratios of calcim, phosphorus, etc. you can do more damage to their growth than good. Educate yourself on it to be certain you are providing what your puppy absolutly needs while in a growth age. There is a lot more to it just than giving them raw food and veggies. The foods that Gina posted above are excellent and you can supplement them with raw bones and meats.

And, raw is better than cooked, you don't want or need to be cooking for a dog unless they are on special diets for medical purposes.

Read this post to see what can happen when someone tries to feed a raw diet without knowing exactly what to feed for a puppy:
