What do you feed your dog?

This may have done before but lets everyone weigh in and tell what food your dog is currently eating. I think this will be a simple way to hear from everyone very briefly what our rotties are eating these days!! This will also aid in the same question being asked over and over!!

Everyone weigh in with just a brief comment on what you are feeding and how much and so on!!

My one year old rottie is currently eating Ekunuba 3 cups in the morning and 3 cups in the evening!!

2) Natural Balance 1 cup with large spoonful of Nutro canned weight maintenance plus 1/2-3/4 cup green beans (or 1 jumbo raw egg, or 1/2 can sardines, or 1/2 cup cooked burger) in p.m.

(Kibble and canned mixed with just enough warm water to moisten, maybe 1/4 cup)

Henry - 18mths 64lbs . Homemade BARF diet . Amounts vary by ingredients but I'd say it averages 3 to 4 cups twice daily .
Keep in mind this one high energy dog !!!

Bruce 10 plus years 115lb , same diet , gets 2 or less cups worth twice daily .

Re: Lets Hear From Everyone

Hello everyone, I'm new here and have found a wealth of info for my 2.5 yo Rotti, Jessy. I just started feeding Canidae brand, 1 c dry, plus 1c wet, 2 times a day, plus the fish oil. I'm hoping this recipie will help reduce the shedding some. She's a beautiful 100lb Rotti. Thank you for this great site. Jessy's Mom.

Meg gets 200gms a day of Burns Mini-bites, in about four kong meals, and as training treats in between. She also gets a bit of meat paste and Burns keltie treats as Kong stuffers, and little bits of chicken and liver as special training treats (v. little).
Her feed is increasing with her weight (20gms per kilo).

Re: Lets Hear From Everyone

Sajan and Roxie are fed a raw diet and they eat 1-2 pounds 2x a day depending on activity level and Sajan gets a little more than Roxie since he weighs more and is more active.
