Weight gain.

Took Jango to the vet to get his monthly worm pill and weighed him. He weighs in at 49 lbs. Each month that I have taken him in he has gained about 10 lbs a month. Is this normal? I feed him three times a day and average his meals by what the vet suggested and what is on his dog food bag. I feed him nutra Natural Choice. People ask me how old he is and when I tell them alomost 4 and 1/2 months they think I am lying. I feed him about four 1/2 to five cups of food a day spread out over three meals. Is he on the right track? Do I feed more or less?

That all sounds normal to me.

Wookie was gaining about 10 pounds a month when she was that age, then again she's a mix (I think).
