Best Meat Source for Kibble

I have used Lamb and now am trying a chicken based kibble. What meat source do you think is best? And why? And what is Oatmeal good for?

Some dogs do better on one meat then another but I don't think you can really say that one is better then another for every dog. Oatmeal is very high in vitamins and minerals plus there is protien in it.
