Another Food Question - Please Help

I know there are some experts out there that can help me. Currently my two rotts are on Nutro and I am not completely happy with it. I contacted Canidae and they do not have a dealer in Ohio near me. I live close to Dayton. The only pet places near me is a Jack's and Petsmart. What should I fed my babies?

I feed Wellness. It is a super premium dog food available in canned and dry.If you are interested..... Here is the only location listed in Dayton, Ohio....If you are not close to this one, go to Old Mother Hubbard.com and look under "where to find our products" put in Ohio and it will give you all Ohio locations!
This is the location that I found.....
Healthy Alternatives
8258 N. Main Street
Dayton, OH 45415 937-890-8000

Also, you can go into the archives on our site here and research a lot of really good highly recommended brands. Good luck!

Seems strange that no one in Dayton carries canidae. Did you do a search on their site? I would have tried for you but don't know the area code for Dayton. ;)

Kristina,
I live in the Dayton area. I feed Innova. A wonderful super-premium food. I have also seen Solid Gold and Wellness available in our area. Research Innova at www.naturapet.com.
You need to go to Complete Petmart at Cross Pointe Center, it's near Centerville off of route 48. You can buy Innova there. The other super-premium foods I listed above can be found at Healthy Alernatives there's a store off Wilmington Pike, call them and check it out. Good luck.

Thank you Troy! I did search Canidae and talked to someone via email. Troy, how much is the Innova at Complete Petmart?

Hi Kristina,
A large bag (33 pound) of Innnova adult costs around 38 dollars. Remember though you can feed much less with a super premium food. My boy is just under 120 pounds and eats 2 cups a day...along with an Innova Health bar or two. The Innova Healthbars you can buy at the Healthy Alternatives on Wilmington Pike...Complete Petmart doesn't carry them.
Either way you go Candiae or Innova you'll be feeding the best! :)
