Nutrition

Hello everyone,
I am new to the site and to rotties. I have a 3 month old at home and I am considering feeding her Eagle Pack Large Puppy or Eagle Pack Holistic. Any opinions on the matter? I was feeding her Eukanuba and from reading your site decided to switch. Anyone has experience with this food? Let me know.
Thanks

Eagle Pack Holistic. I do not beleive in puppy foods. Studies show that since the advent of puppy foods that all kinds of structural problems have increased.

Sure...note that these are in no particular order

Innova
Cailofrnia Natural
Neura Wellness
Canidae
Verus
Pinnacle
Precise Plus
Azmira Holistic Pet
Natural Balance
Solid Gold
Wysong
Timberwolf Organics
Evolve
PetGuard

There are a bunch of others. Just can't think of them off the top of my head.

Some other good brands are Canidae, Innova, Canlifornia Natural, they are all very good quality foods.

I too disagree with puppy foods, and don't recommend them to my puppy buyers.

I feed Innova, have fed and liked Wellness, and have researched Eagle Pack Hollistic and thought it looked decent also.

Another one is "Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul." Cheesy name, decent food.

Since everyone is talking about different kinds of foods, I would like to jump in. I didn't see the food I'm feeding mentioned. Nutro Natural Choice? I hope that is a good one too?

I don't consider it a very good quality food. There are a lot better choices out there. I would recommend you try to find a kibble with the first 2 out of 3 ingredients being meat. That's one of the first tests of a kibble being good.
