| Puppy Size My puppy, Zeus, is 16 1/2 weeks and weighs 38lbs, with no fat on him. He looks like he could add weight. As stated in a previous thread, he comes from a large line of Rotts in the 120 - 135lbs. I am curious as to his sizes compared to other Rotty pups. Anyone have pups close to his age? |

| Balance and proportion are more important than size. You want a nice lean puppy. No excess fat on him. He sounds about right for his size.

| OMG! Now I think that Cane is a cow instead of a Rottie. He is 16 weeks old today and weighs 53. I've been proud of him though because I can feel his ribs easily, he has a defined waist line. I haven't measured how tall he is yet but he seems very proportioned to me. The vet says that he is doing good too. He also has very big paws. |
