Anybody on Purina Hi Pro

Is there anybody here on Purina Hi Pro ???

I switched to Purina Hi Pro, since this is the best that I can get here in Egypt, I want to know if anybody has positive or negative experience with this diet.

What I have noticed is that Johnny is doing well but not gaining much weight.

I'm sort of a food snob ;) so I wouldn't feed Rurina, but I know your options are sort of limited in Egypt. (What do people regulary feed their dogs there, are there Egyptian kibbles? What would a careful breeder feed there? Just curious.)

Mind you, Johnny is...well he's about 10 months old now, or so? His growth rate will be slowing down quite a bit now. Cooper has only gained about 15lbs from about 10 months old to two years old.

Of course you could always keep adding other real food, meat & fish & so on, to supplement the Purina, which is very high in corn & grains.

well, people here in Egypt feed dogs natural cooked food. all people here don't agree to raw food, some people feed dry food. I only have three options regarding the dry food Pedigree, Purina and local kibble, the best is Purina Hi Pro, I give Johnny one or two meal per week cooked food, and another two or three raw chicken wings and necks.

Johnny is about 13 months now, he is still gaining weight and growing (I can see that). Thanks
