soft nail
my youngest female has a soft nail on her back foot. it was soft before, and bled when we trimmed her nails, then it got hard, and seemed to have healed. now it is soft again. anyone else have this?

Do you mean that the quick is exposed? The outer nail is gone? If that is the case, you should have a vet take a look at it. This can be a start of an infection or some type of trauma within the nail bed.

no, the outer nail is still there, it's justy soft.
