| I actually have one with a cord. I owned it before I started using it for nails, and I've found that I really don't have a problem with the cord.

| I have the cordless model 770. It has two speeds, 7,500 RPM and 15,000 RPM. My groomer has one that is 5,000 RPM and 10,000 RPM. She uses the 10,000 RPM speed. For me the 7,500 RPM is a little too slow, but the 15,000 RPM is a little to fast for me.

| I have the cordless minimite...the one with the 5,000 or 10,000 rpm speeds and we use the higher setting. It has worked great...it fits nicely into your hand and is very quiet too! Of course, it's the only one that I have ever owned, so I can't compare it to the larger, cord models but I've been happy with it! Rachel |

| thank you for the replies... we got the cordless 7700 model dremel.. we just started the introductions and so far so good.. I am going to use the 7,500 setting first.... wow!! I wish I bought this 15 yrs ago!! thanks so much... I think Max and I will be much happier using the dremel... I got it at Home depot..price match/10 % from Lowes price.. came with 50 accessories/carrying case/charger.. for apx $35... THe mini Mite is at Walmart for $25 - 5 accessories/no case, slower speed... think either would work fine... |
