Adding food back in after a diet

We have had Saga on a diet for quite some time now. It has taken her about six months to lose about 7 pounds. Here's my question, she does not need to lose more weight, and appears to be losing some more, how slowly and how much at a time would you all add back to keep her maintaining her weight. She gets 1 cup of canidae twice a day plus training treats sparringly.
