pressure marks

my two months old puppy had pressure marks on her elbows..... how can i remove this marks?

It is unusual to see them at only two months, but if they are pressure calluses, that is natural for large breeds and they don't go away. If she is spending much time lying on concrete or hard floors that might explain why they would appear at such a young age. You can apply bag balm or some sort of lubrication to them if you wish but don't expect them to disappear.
