| Eagle Natural Pack What do you guys think of Eagle Natural Pack? I just went through a bout of Diahreha (sp), throwing up and letheragy with my Rott Elmo and I am thinking of switching his food. I know that his food did not cause this, because we took him to the vet and he has Spirochetes (if anyone knows anything about this bacteria, please let me know). We have been feeding him the blan diet of beef and rice, but are going to switch him back to kibble on Friday. I know that BARF is the best way to go, but I just dont have the time and I haven't finished my research on it. I may do it, but I need to be more informed. I have been reading the posts here, they have helped greatly. So, with that said...what do you all think of Eagle Pack products? Eagle Natural Pack, inparticular? Here is the ingredient list and Guaranteed Analysis: Ingredients: Lamb Meal, Ground Brown Rice, Ground Yellow Corn, Ground Whole Wheat, Chicken Meal, Dried Beet Pulp, Chicken Fat (preserved with Natural Mixed Tocopherols, Citric Acid, and Rosemary Extract), Corn Germ Meal (Dry Milled), Brewers Dried Yeast, Fish Meal, Wheat Germ Meal, Flaxseed, Dried Egg Product, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Glucosamine Hydrochloride, DL-Methionine, Vitamin A Acetate, D-Activated Animal Sterol (source of Vitamin D3), Vitamin E Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement, Vitamin B12 Supplement, d-Pantothenate Acid, Niacin Supplement, Choline Chloride, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Biotin, Inositol, Dehydrated Kelp, SQM™ (Polysaccharide Complexes of Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Copper and Cobalt), Potassium Iodate, Sodium Selenite, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Enzymes (Aspergillus Oryzae Fermentation Solubles, B. Subtillus Fermentation Solubles); and DFMs (Enterococcus Faecium and Lactobacillus Acidophilus Guaranteed Analysis: Crude Protein min. 23.0% Crude Fat min. 12.0% Crude Fiber max. 3.5% Moisture max. 10.0% Calcium min. 1.5% Phosphorus min. 1.0% Vitamin A min. 22,000 IU/kg. Vitamin E min. 165 IU/kg. Glucosamine min. 400ppm Omega 6 min. 1.6% Omega 3 min. 0.17%* I cant find anything that *I* dont like in this food...what do you guys think? I am switching from Solid Gold Hund-N-Flocken. The main reason I am switching is because there is only one place I can buy it at right now and I dont want to give them my business for personal reasons. Also, I supplement with Missing Link Plus with Glucosamine and Chondritin (sp), do you think I should still supplement with that or is there something else that is better suited out there. I am not completely clueless, I just value opinions. Thanks for your help ahead of time! Beth

| I don't like the ingredients, you can do much better than that. Other than lamb and chicken meal, the main ingredients are rice, corn and wheat served in different ways. There is also quite a bit of salt and the rest looks like you need a degree in chemistry to understand it.
