Chicken free Canidae or other quality food?

After reading the thread on Canidae I will be switching my boy right away. My question is all of the food I've seen commercial or premium almost always contains chicken. What do you do if you have an animal cat or dog that is allergic to chicken? I don't think Canidae makes food without it. My dog isn't allergic to chicken it's my one cat. The vet diagnosed him several years ago and have had to go with feeding him food that lists chicken as like the fourth or fifth ingredient. The vet explained about how crappy most of the commercial foods are now and she is starting to see a lot of animals come in with allergies now or reactions to the chemicals or shoddy ingredients used.

DOES ANYONE know of a good quality cat/dog food that DOES NOT contain chicken? If you can give me any insight you'll be my best bud forever!!! Thanks again:D

You may want to do a search on "venison" I believe there is a food made with that for dogs with some allergies (mainly beef I think)
