kibble

i am on the hunt for the best kibble that's available on the market.any idea's? our pup was on proplan {that's what the breeder recommended} we swithched him to science diet 2 days ago,now i just found out that science diet isn't as good as the vets say. so needless to say i am confused and don't know what kind of kibble is the all around kind for him. i really don't want to do the barf thing, just looking for a good kibble

I've heard wonderful things about Canidae, Wellness, California Natural, and Winsong. I feed Sensible Choice Natural Blend by Royal Canin (available at petCo-30 lbs for $32). My dogs do great on it.

It depends on what you want to spend on food...

Good Luck!

Read the Canidae thread and other threads on the Nutrition & Grooming forum. Please do get something better then Science Diet. There are so many good foods mentioned here... most of them are only available at independent stores , not the large chain pet marts. Look for Canidae, Innova, Wellness, Solid Gold, Wysong etc.
