New Precise plus all life stage fod

Pet store was out of Nutro large breed natural kibble. They have a new precise product called Precise plus with cranberries and carrots.
a partial list of ingrediants
Chick meal, ground broown rice,chicken, whole ground wheat, chicken fat preserved with Mixed tocopherolsand Ascorbyl Palmitate, beet pulp, ground oats, flaxseed, dried egg product, fish meal, alpfalfa meal, nat chick flavor, dried carrots, lecithin, dried kelp, fish oil, dried cheese, brewers died yeast, dried cranberries, chamomile,dandelion,peppermint,rosemary, tumeric, ......and on and on.
Crude protien 26%
crude fat 16
crude fiber 3.5
Moisture10
Calcium 1.2
Phosporus .95

the ingredients look pretty good but the food seems quite expensive.
