Mauritius Rottweilers

Anyone on these forums live in Mauritius? I am trying to buy good kibble but can only find crap supermarket brands. There are three pet shops in the north of the island where I live and they seem to never be open, phone calls and emails go unanswered. The breeder has moved back to the UK and is no help, to be honest he was probably not a good source of information anymay - just told me to cook fresh which is ok as I mostly do that but would like to have decent kibble, please help.

Re: Mauritius Rottweilers

Sorry I am no help regarding kibble at all but if you wish to pay my way to help you train your dog and throw in a weeks holiday on that beautiful island in which you live I am at your beck'n'call. A truly magnificent place. It must truly be tough putting up with that perfect touquise water day after day.

LOL, yeah, life is tough in Delicious Mauritius. We have lived here for just over a year and love it. Might be able to arrange some free accommodation in return for some training for our beautiful girl but sorry you will have to pay your own way. LOL. Thanks for the reply anyway.

Re: Mauritius Rottweilers

Hi, im from Mauritius.

Hi you can have Royal Canin at Espace Maison.
Sometimes you can find Proplan (Purina) at Jumbo but most of the time you have to call the guy who imports it and he makes the delivery within 2 days.

Im from Roches Brunes (Beau Bassin) if you are interested you can leave a contact number i shall text you the guy's number!!!

Re: Mauritius Rottweilers

Hi Mellie13, thanks for your response, sorry it has taken so long to acknowledge, I a have just moved house to St Antoine and have so far been waiting 16 days for Mauritius Telecom to connect our ADSL - still waiting.

I have bought Royal Canin at Espace and my dog does fine on it, it is just not a great food.

I also feed meat, rice and veges but use human grade meat.

Thanks again.
