| Re: heartworm, fleas, ticks...oh my! I live in NH where the winters can be brutal. My Vet is the one who told me that there is no need to have them on heartworm prev. year round. I have my dogs on it May-November.  |

| Re: heartworm, fleas, ticks...oh my! I was reading an old thread about heartworm preventative and saw several refrences to "SafeHeart dosage of Interceptor". To any of you longtimers can you enlighten me as to if this is still something you are doing with the HW meds? If so, what are the pros/cons? |
