Many of you may remember when I first started here on RDN about 6 months ago. I was freaking out because we had purchased a BYB Rottie cross puppy when we already had a 1.5 year old Lab. I thought they would fight and injure each other and that I would have serious aggression issues with the Rottie, because he was always fighting my lab, growling, showing teeth and was very stubborn. He also had a bit of food aggression. Remember??

Anyways - I want to thank everyone on here who tried to knock some sense into me. I couldn't be more in love with my Little Riggs. He gets along amazingly well with my Lab, he is friendly, affectionate, and well-socialized, likes kids, knows and listens to commands, and never ever growls at or bites us. His issues are completely gone. My faith in Rotties has been renewed, and I think that they are wonderful, wonderful dogs.

Smarten up, people! Raise your Rottie right and you will NOT regret it!!!!

Wonderful! You must give yourself some credit as well. You implimented what you found useful, and made a change. You did the imformation search thru this forum ...and you put it to use. Well done!
