Are there any good Rottweiler clubs in California? I found a great PSA club but there aren't to many Rotties in the sport. I love the club but would like to get connected with some more Rottweiler people. I would also like to find out more about local events, trials, shows...

Golden State Rottweiler Club is in SoCal.
Associated Rottweiler Fanciers is NoCal/Bay Area (I think!) as is
Western Rottweiler Owners.

If you are in SoCal I might be of help. I am with the Golden State Rottweiler Club and can probably point you in a few different directions. (There aren't many Rottweilers in PSA, period. But I do know of a few active PSA people here) There is a great SchH club in Ventura called Anacapa Working Dog Association.
There are quite a few active RDN members in California, we just need to know where in California you are so we can be of help.

OK...but WHERE in NoCal? Some consider the SF Bay Area to be Northern California. PISH...the state is long...I lived in Redding which is REALLY NoCal!

Also, besides where exactly in Calif you are, what you are looking for in a club - conformation (AKC or "German"), Schutzhund, herding, agility, whatever - and how far you are willing to travel (I go 2 1/2 hour each direction to where I do Sch each week!) is good info so we can direct you.
