Welcome to the forums - I would think that since he is neutered and you won't be breeding him - ANY working dog club would be happy to have you come out and help you train and trial your dog. Color or markings are not an issue in a non breeding dog. (Are they?)

There's not a soul in the world that can prevent you from doing just that.

Hey, even "up to standard" Rottie owners have people wondering why they can love a dog with a reputation, as deluded as it may be. And of course, the best dog in the world is the one sitting next to each one of us, that's a no brainer.

Love him, train him, and make no apologies where none are due.
